Home buyers at the launch of Calidora @ Setia Tropika

The launch of Calidora @ Setia Tropika by S P Setia was recently held concurrently with the opening of Tesco Setia Tropika in Johor. The said event caught the attention of several home buyers successfully.

The homes featured are sold from RM921,800 boasting 72 low dense units of 32ft by 70ft double-storey cluster homes, that each come with five-bedrooms and four-bathrooms with a built-up area of 2,420sq ft.

The RM66mil parcel features homes designed to seamlessly integrate the dining and kitchen areas to create breadth and space where family moments can be created. The added space would naturally improve ventilation which is an important consideration when crafting a comfortable home.

S P Setia Property South general manager Saniman Bin Amat Yusof expressed, “The newly-opened Tesco outlet will certainly add to the hustle and bustle of the township. Now, residents get to benefit from the extra choices and the conveniences they place on top of the list of existing amenities within the vicinity.”

“Calidora is the ideal choice for young and growing families, as well as to those who are looking for an upgrade in their living spaces, not to mention Johoreans who commute frequently between Malaysia and Singapore,” Saniman added.

“Residents of Calidora will be pleased to know that the residential area is a 24-hour gated and guarded community. Many pocket parks available in numerous locations of the township is part of our commitment to creating ecological features and a sustainable living environment for the enrichment of our community, true to S P Setia’s LiveLearnWorkPlay development philosophy,” Saniman enlightened.

Accessibility to Calidora is a breeze as it is located within the award-winning Setia Tropika township, an area that is situated next to the North-South Highway with a designated outlet, Exit 255B, built by S P Setia especially for its residents, so that they can travel to and fro the CBD faster and easier.

Adding to that, those considering to call Calidora home should take note that connectivity to the Kempas Medical Centre is a mere 5km away whereas the CIQ Checkpoint and Johor Bahru city centre is just 12km away. Frequent travellers would also be delighted as the Senai International Airport is only an 18km drive away from the said township.
