Alstonia occupies a freehold gated and guarded enclave comprising 31 units of three-storey Garden Villas and 214 units of Garden Heights apartments.

As land supplies steadily shrink in central Klang Valley, property prices seem to skyrocket to an unattainable state for the masses, thus prudent home buyers would usually cast nets wider to capture greater long term value appreciation.

Prospective buyers can choose between Garden Villas and Garden Heights,  to become part of the exclusive Alstonia neighbourhood.
