Do you guys heard about Cheras Attitude 236? 

What you think about this property? Location? Pricing? Concept? 

Well... luxury leasedhold condo 236 unit only if not mistaken... 

security and cleanliness is ok, minus the traffic and noisiness of access road...

frankly speaking for that piece of price, unless you have time to enjoy the facility or for your own stay.... I rather go for Merc Residence @ Taman Desa.... at least it is much nearer to many many other places in vicinity of KL. 

Plus there is only 36 unit in whole Merc Residence, price is way way cheaper than Attitude 236. (though it is slightly older than Attitude 236) if privacy is your real concern.
