What is ur opinion about JB' Property market?

A lot of Chinese mainland investors. I think its a good place for investment, the Iskandar project looks convincing to me, especially the Forest City.

Forest City looks really nice! I hope I can buy a unit there too! But I heard the whole project is done by land reclamation.

Freehold properties and near to CIQ should be good.

Heard from those in the construction industry... reclaimed land needs to be left alone to settle down for awhile before piling can start. Hope the man-made islands are able to hold the mega structures build on top of it. Fingers crossed.

Suasana Iskandar by UMland should be a good buy, which is within walking distance to Johor-Singapore Causeway and Future Bukit Chagar RTS Station... only down side is the high psf price... higher than RM1000psf currently. For Singaporean buyers, it is a bargain!
