Santai is one of the developments under Sime Darby Property’s Bandar Ainsdale township in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The project is of low-density nature, consisting of 43 link homes within a gated and guarded setting. The homes are estimated to be completed by 2018. The link homes have 2 layouts offered, with many end-lots and intermediate units. The intermediate layout, Type A, has a built-up of 2,216 sf and comes with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - 3 of which are attached to its individual room on the first floor. Type C and D are end lot units sized at 2,737 sf, they come with 4 bedrooms, 1 utility room and 5 bathrooms. Priced from RM578,888 onwards, the homes are a suitable place for small- to large-sized families. There are 2 landscape parks that are located inside the neighbourhood, for tenants to go and have a stroll, carry out recreational activities, or even just to go out for some fresh air. Children will also be able to enjoy at the playground provided in one of the parks. The gated and guarded nature of the place as mentioned earlier also means residents get to live in peace and quiet. One of the biggest advantages Santai has is how close it is to a wide variety of amenities. Within Bandar Ainsdale, there is a commercial hub which can supply the basic amenities once it is completed. On the other hand, the Seremban town centre and Seremban 2 are a short drive away from the residence, where entertainment outlets and shopping malls such as AEON Mall and Tesco Seremban 2 are located. Within the said townships as well, tenants will be able to find various amenities such as a banks, restaurants, cafes, service centres, offices and workshops. The link homes can be reached easily via the North-South Highway (NSE), in which the neighbourhood has direct access to. The route also brings convenience to residents who constantly work outstation to travel back and forth their workplaces.
