Sentrovue is one of the many affordable residential high rises that is being built close to the city area of Shah Alam to cater to home buyers of a tight budget. Although located slightly out of town, Sentrovue is well connected and appealing to buyers for its price and quality. Its exact location is north of Shah Alam, close to Puncak Alam within the area of Pusat Perdagangan Alam Jaya. Sentrovue is a development that is situated on leasehold land in Puncak Alam in a neighbourhood of housing developments while being close to commercial hubs for the convenience of residents. It is a development that will consist of two different blocks that will stand at 19 storeys tall and house 408 units of homes with an average of 204 units to a tower. The base of Sentrovue will consist of retail shops which the smallest is 280 sf, whereby the size of homes are sized at a standard size of 842 sf. All the units will come with only one parking lot. The homes at Sentrovue are being sold as partially furnished which means that the developers are providing selected furnishings such as ceiling fans and air-conditioners. The kitchens will also be furnished with built-in kitchen cabinets, in the dry kitchen. This is however the early bird promotion which may have changed along with sales of the development. The facilities that come with Sentrovue are on the rather limited but decent side. There will be the norm of swimming pool and wading pool, and exercise facilities include a gymnasium and badminton court. The unique feature of Sentrovue’s facilities is its skating ring which will allow skaters to have much fun in a safe and proper area. Designed for the convenience of residents there will also be a mini market and multipurpose hall for use of residents. Sentrovue is connected to major suburbs via major highways. Of the many highways surrounding Sentrovue is the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), PLUS Highway, Proposed Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE).
