Taman Serendah Makmur is a very small housing development in the peaceful and serene location of Serendah, located on the outskirts of the city. It is one of the newest developments of the area of which the project started in the year 2005, consisting of three phases. The first two phases of Taman Serendah Makmur are of terrace houses, while the third phase which consists of a flat and shop lots began construction in the year 2011. Taman Serendah Makmur is a housing development which runs along a rail track, which fortunately doesn’t do much to disturb the peace of the residents. With a moderate density of approximately only 720 units and a backdrop scenery of beautiful mountains gracing the skyline, Taman Serendah Makmur offers its residents a tranquil environment.
