V-Residensi of Selayang Heights is one of the newest developments in the upcoming area of Selayang Heights, which is popular for its natural green environment. These homes will get the most of the natural environment, being built against the forests as they are. Residents will enjoy fresh and crisp air in their homes, in this fairly low density environment. V-Residensi is located close to Perdana Residence 1 and Amansiara, two developments of landed properties. There will be a total of only 482 units spread out over two blocks of the development, which each block stands at 21 storeys tall. There is a total of 4.3 acres to the grounds of V-Residensi, ensuring space and privacy for every person. V-Residensi comes with a modern and contemporary design where every unit was built to be a family home. The smallest units at V-Residensi come at 1,070 sf while the largest varies little at 1,152 sf. There is a minimum of three bedrooms to eery unit, ranging up to five bedrooms. All of the homes come with two complementary parking lots regardless of its size. Although there were many who shunned V-Residensi for its out of the way location and bad traffic, those who saw its potential bought these rather affordable homes on the spot. Situated close to Templer Park, the main road that will connect residents of V-Residensi to the city is the infamous Jalan Kuching.
