Bayu Suria is a residential development located in Bandar Puncak Alam, Shah Alam 2. Consisting of 2-storey semi detached units, the township also has a rather low-density of just 314 units, broken down into 4 types.
The 4 types, named Type A, B, C and Semi-D differ from built-ups, which range from 1,665 sf to 2,285 sf. Type A has 48 units, while Types B, C and Semi-D have 96, 140 and 30 units respectively. Most of the layouts have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in each of their units. The homes are spacious enough to target families regardless big or small, with nearby commercial hubs and shopping malls being a major pulling factor.
Nestled in a developing Shah Alam 2, Bayu Suria is also placed in a rather heavily condensed residential area, which means peace and quiet is assured. However, it lacks in facilities, also due to the nature of the place it is located in. But with the amount of space given in each units, there is still room for renovations and installation of facilities in each individual unit. Residents will need to install security systems on their own if they want to, because the residential area is not gated nor guarded.
The lack of facilities within Bayu Suria is compensated by its distance to the Puncak Alam town centre. Over there, tenants can find shop lots that consist of restaurants, service centres, and a few convenience stores. There is also Tesco Puncak Alam and Econsave Aman Jaya, which are just a drive away, for tenants to do their shopping for daily needs. It is also close to Kuala Selangor, where more amenities can be found, especially restaurants.
There are also a number of schools nearby, within Puncak Alam and its neighbouring townships. The schools nearest to the residence include Sekolah Kebangsaan Puncak Alam 3 and Sekolah Agama Rakyat Puncak Alam 2. Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM)’s Puncak Alam campus is also just a short drive away, which makes this residence enticing for investors who are looking to buy a place to rent to students.
Bayu Suria can be easily accessed via the Persiaran Puncak Alam federal route. The Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Highway is also connected via the federal route, which can take residents to other townships such as Sungai Buloh, and subsequently to Damansara.
