Cahaya Alam is a township located in Shah Alam, Selangor. A development by Encorp Group, the township boasts a myriad of landed residential units, consisting of a mix of mostly 2-3 storey terrace homes with various built-up sizes, fit for medium to large-sized families. The township is still developing where the homes are built in phases.
Within the development, there are many facilities for residents to enjoy in each of its phases. Playgrounds scatter around the individual neighbourhoods for the young ones to enjoy, while parents can keep a watchful eye at the landscaped gardens. In addition to that, a central lake is present and there are also linear parks where occupants can rest and relax. To add, there is also a badminton hall and a jogging track for those chasing an active lifestyle. Homes here are mostly within a gated and guarded community, so homeowners can live comfortably with peace of mind.
Strategically located in Shah Alam, Cahaya Alam is surrounded by many amenities. Within the township itself, there are some commercial hubs with mini marts, cafes, restaurants, and the likes. Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam is also nearby, where residents can go to for recreational activities. It is also close to the Seksyen 7 township, where residents will be able to find the Shah Alam Hospital.
Other neighbours to the township include I-City, one of Shah Alam’s landmarks, and University Teknologi MARA. This, in turn could be an attractive point for investors to consider converting their units into accommodations for tourists and students. Another plus point of the township is its proximity to the Shah Alam town centre, where amenities like shopping malls, eateries, workshops, service centres, sports complexes, and more can be found.
Cahaya Alam is conveniently connected to many highways, which one can have easy access to. Among them are the North-South Highway (NSE) and the Federal Highway. Via both the highways, residents will be able to reach other neighbouring districts, such as Klang, Subang Jaya and Petaling Jaya, just to name a few.
