Elmina Valley 1 is a collection of 2-storey link houses offering two layouts - Type A and B, with built-ups starting from 1,709 sf. Similarly, phase 2 also offers up to 309 units of 2-storey link houses where all types are made up of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. the units range from 1,855 sf to 2,418 sf in size, endorsing the interplay of modern and classic styles as an added appeal.
