Indah Height is a low-density landed residence located in Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang. The residence is of luxurious nature, consisting of only 16 units of 3-storey and 3.5-storey semi-detached units. Located right next to the Sungai Long Golf Club and isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city, tenants can enjoy the soothing greens, and live like kings.

The units are separated into two types of layouts, RB-1 and RB-2. RB-1 is the largest unit, and only 2 units have this layout, with a built-up of 4,832 sf. It’s also the 3 1/2-storey unit, and comes with 6 bedrooms, 1 utility room and 6 bathrooms. RB-2 takes up the remaining 14 units, and has a built-up of 4,105 sf. Units of this layout have 5 bedrooms, 1 utility room and 6 bathrooms. The RB-2 unit is also lower than the RB-1 unit, being only 3 storeys. RB-1 units start with a price of RM2,380,000, while the RB-2 units are priced at RM2,180,000.

Indah Height does not have much facilities within the area due to the size and density of the residence, but that is compensated by the amount of space tenants will have within their own units. Not to mention the number of extra space utilized as family room space in each unit, where RB-1 units have 4, and RB-2 units have 3. The space can be used to make way for residents’ own facilities, or whichever they see fit. The compound is also not gated and guarded, which is rather different from the usual luxury residences, but that can be collectively solved by setting individual securities, or even hiring of third party security forces.

Though located within the greens, it is not too far away from the Bandar Baru Sungai Long town centre. This can be seen as an added advantage, thanks to the amount of amenities, within the town area. Within the town centre, there is a commercial hub that contains a few restaurants, service centres, convenience stores and banks.

The UTAR City Campus is also located within the area, which means that parents and students will have an education provider option nearby. The Sungai Long Medical Centre is also within the town centre, which means emergency situations can be resolved quickly and conveniently. For recreational purposes, the Sungai Long Golf Club is right next to the residences, which means a short walk can bring tenants over to some entertainment.

The SILK Highway is the major highway with easiest access to Indah Height. It is also connected to the Cheras-Kajang Highway (CKE), which means easy access to the township of Cheras, where more work opportunities and amenities are.
