Ixora 2 Residences is the final phase of the Ixora residency, located the developing township of Bandar Seri Coalfields. It is a low-density residence conmprising 109 units of double-storey terrace houses.
The units vary with built-ups of 2,266 sf and 2,655 sf, for the typical and corner units respectively. Units will average at least 4 bedrooms, with privately attached bathrooms. The homes are also designed to have proper ventilation, keeping the house cool all times, thanks to its high ceilings. With the amount of space and rooms given, the units will be able to house a medium- to large-sized family.
However, there is a lack of facilities within the area, except for the central park located nearby, and for the fact that this is a gated and guarded residential enclave. With houses linked together, neighbourhood bonds can be strengthened, forming a close-knit community for the low-density Ixora 2.
Bandar Seri Coalfields is an upcoming development, hence Ixora 2 Residences will be able to enjoy nearby amenities once it has been fully developed. There is also an abundance of amenities outside of the township that is within reach. Townships such as Puncak Alam, Sungai Buloh, Subang are all within an arm's length away, and houses restaurants, commercial centres, banks as well as offices.
University Teknologi MARA Puncak Alam is also nearby, which will be convenient for families who have children of that age group. Within Puncak Alam there is also Tesco Puncak Alam, where tenants can shop for their groceries and other daily needs. Over in Sungai Buloh, which is just a short drive away, residents can find the Sungai Buloh Hospital and the UiTM Specialist Clinic during emergency situations.
Sungai Buloh also houses the Sungai Buloh Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station, which connects to Cheras via the Phase 1 MRT Line. The Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is also just a short drive away, which means rushing to the airport would not be an issue.
Ixora 2 Residences will be easily accessible via the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Highway, and the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Via the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Highway, tenants can also reach the Kuala Lumpur city centre, through the North-South Highway (NSE) that is connected to it.
