Other schools include SK Puchong Perdana and SMK Puchong Perdana. Other amenities include a pharmacy, a hardware store, and a handful of restaurants which are mostly within walking distance.

The Lotus Apartment has easy access to one major highway, which is the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), leading tenants to the greater Klang Valley. With the LDP, Subang Jaya is only about 20 minutes drive away, while the Puchong city centre is less than 10 minutes drive away, giving extra options to more amenities.
