描述

M Centura is yet another addition to Mah Sing Group’s development portfolio. The condominium is of high density nature, consisting of a whopping 1,413 units spread between two towers soaring 47 storeys.

The condominium units have 3 different layouts, Type A, B and C. Type A is the most compact, coming at 650 sf. The unit will be complete with 2 bedrooms, a study area and 1 bathroom. While Type B is a standard-sized unit with a built-up of 854 sf, it consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1,000 sf Type C is the largest unit with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The units are priced from RM350,000 onwards, and would be a great place to stay for working adults and small- to medium-sized families.

There will be a 1-acre facilities deck included as part of M Centura’s attractions, with a lap pool, jacuzzi and a “floating” gym being part of the list. There will also be a child care centre and a laundry centre within its compounds. The condominium also encompasses energy efficient and green elements, with some of the green features in the residence include laminated glass, which reduces heat and noise, a rainwater harvesting system, and even electric vehicle charging stations. There will also be an automated waste disposal system implemented for the convenience of its residents.

Located not far away from the Sentul town centre, M Centura is close to many of the town’s amenities. A commercial area just next to the residence provides restaurants, service centres, a gym and a few offices. Townships nearby include the likes of Wangsa Maju and Setapak, where landmarks such as the Tunku Abdul Rahman University College can be found. Also, Taman Tasik Titiwangsa in the Titiwangsa township can be an ideal destination for weekend activities.

The residence is easily accessible via the Duta-Ulu Kelang Highway (DUKE), which connects to townships like Mont Kiara, Hartamas and places such as Publika. Via the highway as well, residents will be able to reach the Kuala Lumpur city centre easily, as well as Batu Caves and Gombak.
