The units come with a built-up of 2,690 sf, and has 4 bedrooms, 2 extra rooms and 5 bathrooms. Priced at RM817,000, there is enough space to fit a large family in these 2-storey homes. Another point justifying its suitability to fit families is its position, isolated at the end of another residential area. The low density nature of the residence also means there is plenty of space to get to know fellow neighbours and create a strong bond in an already small community.

There are no facilities provided within the residential area, but a large garden space is provided for each unit, and residents will be able to enjoy the outdoors and fresh air from their own backyard. There is however a lack of security, but that can be solved by self-installation of CCTV surveillance cameras and alarm systems.

Located in Shah Alam 2, everything surrounding Nusa Suria is generally under development, especially the residences that are nearby. However, there are some ready amenities nearby. A short drive or walk will bring residents to a small area with shop lots, ranging mostly of restaurants and offices. Puncak Alam town is just slightly further away from the shop lots, and provides more choices for amenities, especially banks and convenience stores. The town centre is also where a Tesco is located, where tenants can go to do their shopping for daily needs. Econsave is also not too far away, and provides a bit more in terms of variety.

A federal route heading to Puncak Alam, which is Persiaran Puncak Alam is the easiest way to access to Nusa Suria. The Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Highway is also not too far away, connecting to the Guthrie Corridor Highway (GCE), which will enable residents easy access to Sungai Buloh, and subsequently Damansara and Petaling Jaya. The highways will also provide convenience to tenants who are willing to spend a little more time traveling to work, for the sake of comfort away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
