Penduline at Bandar Rimbayu offers an anthology of quaint landed homes, revolving around the theme of existing peacefully with nature. The residence takes its name from a species of adorable birds which are commonly found in selected parts of Asia. The development will see 246 double-storey link homes completed by March of 2018.
The standard intermediate Penduline homes are built on plots of 20’ x 70’ land, with a selection of 3 layouts, each offering 4+1 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Type A variant comes in built-up sizes of 1,771 sf to 2,095 sf, followed by the Type B, which is slightly larger at 1,898 sf to 2,283 sf. The Type C is the largest, with interior spaces of 2,028 sf to 2,394 sf.
Residents of Penduline will also have access to a myriad of facilities within the development, spread out across 8.4 acres of outdoor space. The central park where residents can converge and enjoy nature is complemented by a number of green pockets scattered around the neighbourhood, while fitness facilities like a football field, futsal court and multipurpose court provide opportunities for some fun with family, and others within the community.
Prices of the elegant homes are considerably affordable, with the units launched at prices of between RM664,800 to RM1.15 million. Though a number of buyers may initially be discouraged by its seemingly remote location and leasehold tenure, the pleasant environment as well as the picturesque and spacious homes may just be a strong enough persuasion.
Bandar Rimbayu will feature commercial developments, which will provide convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets and lots more to residents of Penduline in the near future. Being close to a number of matured and established townships such as Telok Panglima Garang, Bandar Saujana Putra and Kota Kemuning, amenities such as schools, clinics, mini markets, petrol stations, banks and more are also within reach.
The township of Bandar Rimbayu boasts convenient connectivity, with key locations such as Subang, Puchong, Shah Alam, Damansara and Petaling Jaya are all between 20 minutes to 35 minutes’ drive away via Lebuhraya Shah Alam (KESAS) and Lebuhraya Kemuning Shah Alam (LKSA). KL city is also just about an hour’s drive away through the 2 routes, while other towns like Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and Kajang are approximately 30 to 40 minutes’ journey along the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE). The Kuala Lumpur International Airport and even access to other states south of Selangor is also possible through the Expressway Lingkaran Tengah (ELITE). Connectivity to the western region will also be improved when the proposed West Coast Expressway (WCE) will link the town of Banting nearby to Taiping, Perak.
