The property is also just minutes from the North-South Expressway (NSE) and the Butterworth Outer Ring Road.
Pesona Apartment is still in good condition with an overall decent appearance and a steady appreciation of its value. Those seeking to rent will also have little issue as many students and some working professionals frequently opt to stay at the property given its location.
