38 Bidara, also known as Bidara Condominium, is a high rise property development located opposite Hotel Istana in Bukit Ceylon, Kuala Lumpur. Strategically located and surrounded by numerous amenities and transport hubs within a short walk away, 38 Bidara is no slouch in the property department. Residents can enjoy the array of facilities provided for their convenience while relaxing in luxurious units with finishing touches of modern interior designs. However, residents have complained about the poor workmanship of the property due to low quality materials being used and that each purchased unit does not come with any parking bays. As a result, residents have to fork out RM150 to rent the parking lot where illegal parking is rampant outside of the condominium.
