The official launch of I&P’s Legasi Homes was held on the 15th of February. The new launch, Legacy 2, saw queues forming as early as the 11th of February.
The development of double-storey terrace houses located in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong totals a limited number of 76 units only, of which almost all are already taken up. Only a few Bumiputera units remain.
Legasi 2 carries a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM87 million. These homes succeed Legasi 1, which were launched last year and are fully sold out. The units at Legacy 2 come with built-ups of between 2,161 sf and 2,655 sf. The homes are slated for completion in February 2022 and carry a minimum launch price of RM1 million.
Legasi 2 is sited in a strategic location amid the mature township of Bandar Kinrara. As such, residents are seamlessly connected via a comprehensive network of highways, including the major ones such as the Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), North-South Highway, Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), the Bukit Jalil Highway and the Kuala Lumpur-Putrajaya Expressway.
The township of Bandar Kinrara was launched in 1991 and has a total land area of 1,904 acres. This well-planned township is a combination of work, live, and play, with residential, commercial, and retail components.
