There are LRT stations within short walking distance (5-10mins) in Goodyear Court 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 along Persiaran Kewajipan. Those medium cost apartments have appreciated in value significantly; at least 5-6 times more than their initial price. With the LRT, do you think their value will increase further?

It will definitely increase the property prices around that area, both sale and rental, but maybe not too much when the market is low now.

how many % up in value can be expected within 1st year of the LRT commencement?? 10-20%??

There is news saying that the LRT will start running end of this month!!!

Dont know how much will it be up. Any property agents to advice? At least we have an idea on how much the increment will be.

Still no sign of the LRT extension will be operational. Still a lot of finishing work happening now... I wonder when they are going to resurface Jalan Kewajipan, this road has suffered serious damage since the LRT work began a few years ago. Many cars suspension system have been damaged because of the condition of this road!!!!

Today's news, bukit jalil to bandar puteri  puchong opening 1st April. Kelana jaya to Putra heights have to wait until jun2016

I think it will surely appreciate, but still the demand in the market is still quite unknown since there are now many developments that also promote near to LRT/BRT or any public transportation system. 

yes, it will surely appreciate and yet the demand is quite high. Property price always get influence by public transport surround.
