Reasonable priced 2 stry landed house for invesment / own stay

Hi Brandon, are you still looking for a reasonably priced property for investment or own stay? My client has a landed property in Putra Heights Seks 7. Size is 24 x 75 G&G. Asking price is RM950K.

I have heard that the first MRT line will be operational soon in Klang Valley.

How much more (rental @ sales price) we have to pay for properties within walking distance to MRT station do you reckon? 

Stage 1 Opening Dec-2016 from Sungai Buloh until 

 station only. not even reach kl sentral station yet or pasar seni
