whether young ones or elderly. The condo is also perfect for families with young children due to its extensive facilities such as the two playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball court, huge open grass field (which is rare in most condos), a big pool, a wading pool, amongst other facilities. Every unit is either 15++sqft or 18++sqft and with 3 rooms so the owners and tenants are made up of mostly families, hardly any students or singles seen here actually. The residents' committee here is very engaged and plays an active role in continually upkeeping the condo. In fact, all the residents here are very particular in terms of safety and keeping the condo clean. That's great! One can really feel the sense of pride and ownership the residents have for the condo. The condominium is considered quiet in terms of location considering it's a little more hidden compared to the busy and ever developing Ara Amansara. Having said that, we usually do need to travel out of the area for more food options - either to Petaling Jaya or Kota Damansara, both about 10-12minutes away. There are small neighbouring malls close by such as Citta Mall, Evolve Mall and Oasis Square but the food and shopping options are rather limited.
Bad traffic jam during peak hours and dinner time especially at the traffic light to ara Damansara.
Facilities not well maintained and full of mosquito and other insects. However it is a quiet place to stay and very spacious.
