It is literally within walking distance of the popular Mid Valley Megamall, as well as the Seputeh KTM Station. While it may not be located on elevated land as compared to many of the condominiums located in Seputeh, Menara Seputih is nevertheless a highly popular residency for its central location. One of the most common complaints heard from residents of this high rise is however the traffic congestion, which residents face on a daily basis trying to get back home during peak hours.
