Rosa Terraces, set in Bandar Uda Utama, Johor Bahru, is a residential development with a total of 120 double-storey terrace homes equipped with safety systems. They are categorised into three types – 34 units of Rosary (2,359 sf), 57 units of Rosella (2,318 sf) and 29 units of Rosacea (almost 2,362 sf).
Other than their size, one of the main differences between the three types include the open-plan ground floor layout of the Rosella and Rosacea homes as compared to the Rosary home’s kitchen that is separated from the dining area by a wall.

As the homes are situated near many matured neighbourhoods, there is an abundance of urban amenities within close reach of Rosa Terraces. The Giant Supermarket Perling Mall, in Taman Perling, Kip Mart Tampoi, AEON Mall Bukit Indah, Tesco Bukit Indah and yet another Giant hypermarket in Taman Nusa Bestari are good sources for groceries and other household items.
Residents can choose to send their children to one of the nearby schools, such as SMK Bandar Uda Utama or SJK (C) Kuo Kuang 2. Tertiary students, however, will need to travel slightly further, more than 13km, to educational institutions like the Malaysian campus of University of Southampton or Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
Nevertheless, getting around will not be a problem, especially as Rosa Terraces is well-connected to major highways and roads around like the Malaysia-Singapore Second Link and the North-South Expressway (NSE).
