This high density property offers an environment of lush greenery and spectacular views of the Kuala Lumpur city centre. Residents of Venice Hill are pampered with an abundance of amenities, which are within walking and driving distance of the development. Venice Hill is only accessible via one major highway, which is the Cheras-Kajang Highway.
There were initial problems faced by the residents during the construction period where owners were dissatisfied with the quality of the finishing and facilities of the place. There were also complaints that the parking lot was not brightly lit, which resulted in the residents feeling insecure and unsafe at nights.
