Edusphere is an education city project developed by HCK Capital Group worth RM1.8 billion that is expected to be completed in 2024. Consisting of 6 residential service suites, 1 office tower, and at least 66 units for retail shops, the development spans 24-acres and is poised to integrate education with development, along with top notch condominiums/hostels, office blocks, and shopping amenities. Residents are in for a treat, as all units are equipped with energy-saving features and certain ones have special dual-key access. Edusphere is built around the concept of education and includes Cyberjaya University College of Medical Sciences (CUCMS) as well as Multimedia University that are situated side by side. Although the project is located in Cyberjaya, it can still be easily accessed using the MEX, ELITE, and LDP highways. This project is still under development, so expect more updates to come soon!
