Greenpark is a high rise property located in Taman Yarl which is surrounded by established and matured neighbourhoods like Taman Tan Yew Lai, Taman Overseas Union, and Taman Perindustrian OUG. Also known as Kondominium Greenpark, it is situated within an upmarket area with other properties by reputable developers like UOA. Greenpark is situated on high ground, enveloped by peace and quiet with a nice breeze, and a panoramic view of the Bukit Jalil area. Residents are pleased with the constant police patrols in the area because of the nearby bungalows as well as the friendly and efficient security guards for Greenpark. However, there have been some concerns from prospective buyers regarding the location of Greenpark. Traffic congestion is known to be quite bad within the OUG area, especially during rush hour and there are no available public transportation nearby. Also, some of the residents have complained about the ageing condition of the property and ant and termite infestation.
