Sri Sabah Apartment is a public high density housing development in Cheras, dedicated to provide shelter for citizens in the lower income bracket. Subsale and rental prices for this property are considerably affordable with and wouldn’t break an individual’s bank account. The property is unfortunately not properly maintained, partly due to its high density of tenants. In 2012 a 19-year old suspect was detained by police for assaulting a 20-year old man at the premises. The victim suffered injuries to the head and was in a coma at the UKM Hospital. The suspect was previously involved in a convenience store robbery in Taman Tenaga where two of his accomplices were already detained for investigation.
