The majority of the tenants at Tasik Heights Apartment are made up of Malays, who have a rather close-knit community on Facebook. The common problems that residents face is a distinct lack of parking space, while some of the more stubborn tenants insist on using the lifts to bring their motorcycles up to their floors to park outside their units while damaging the lifts in the process. In terms of maintenance, there have been constant movements by the management body to improve the condition of the building such as by conducting roof repairs. Despite being a rather affordable condominium there is a rather comprehensive range of facilities, making Tasik Heights Apartment a rather attractive purchase for those from the middle income group.
