The Elements is surrounded by at least 3 construction sites less than 100 metres away from the building. Due to the construction, the noise pollution is intolerable and it is very dusty. Your windows and balcony will be very dusty and the common area in the
... See More Elements (i.e. the pool and the pathway on level 6 as well as the ground floor area is dusty). You can see the cranes on the top of the building nearby when you swim at the pool, makes you think of your safety especially when the cranes are so close to the pool. The tiles in the pool are chipped and has not been replaced, the water is murky and you can find rubbish at the bottom of the pool. Elements is high density and I live in Block B with only 4 lifts servicing more than 40 floors (1 of the lift is almost always not working), expect a 5 minutes wait to get to your floor from the parking or the lobby. The ramp to the parking is very narrow. If your car is bigger than a Camry, you will be driving extremely slowly to avoid any scratches. The angles of the ramp is not ideal either. For units with more than 1 carpark, there is an odd system where the carpark lots will be across each other (i.e. you can only remove the first car you park after you remove the second car). Since the building is not at full occupancy, the parking may not be a problem, but once there are not empty lots next your allocated carpark, you will have trouble maneuvering out of the parking. The fixtures in Element is not of premium quality, expect things to malfunction regularly. Even their biggest unit if equipped with a plastic tub and not even a ceramic one. The gym is well equipped but the equipment are rusty and are of the most basic model (imagine bicycles without pedals and wobbly treadmills). If you like some peace and quiet, Elements is not the place for you. You would also notice that there are constant fogging (i.e. twice daily) which is quite alarming and is probably and indication that there are mosquitos around especially dengue mosquitos. Something that you may be concerned about. We made a mistake renting here, and can't wait to move out once our lease is up.
