Perdana Industrial Park is an industrial development located in Port Klang close to Northport and consists mostly of vacant land for sale and factories. The industrial park’s close proximity to Northport is an advantage for the development as the latter is Malaysia’s largest and most strategic multipurpose port facility which handles a large portion of the nation’s trade.

Hence, it is developed into an integrated industrial-cum-warehouse centre to support the increasing demands of Northport’s expansion. There is a high potential for investment and capital appreciation for the Perdana Industrial Park as there is a scarce amount of land within the Northport vicinity. However, access to the development is limited with only a single bridge and a trunk road to reach the area.
