The residents of this apartment have many complaints, the earliest being of the parking lot being flooded, a situation that was only discovered when residents went to inspect the condition of their purchase. Other concerns faced by residents is the cemetery located a short distance away and the smell of alcohol produced by the nearby Carlsberg factory.
