Taman Perling is an established township located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Contrary to the hype of new developments in the region, Taman Perling was completed in 1981, with commercial components and residential precincts which are relatively densely populated.
Residences at Taman Perling consist of landed and non-landed types, where there are terraces and semi-detacheds which are typically 2-storeys in height, along with a low-rise apartment complex.
