Located just behind the beautiful Mei On The Madge condominium and beside U-Thant Residence in Ampang Hilir is Sastra U-Thant, a rather recent addition to the area. Unlike its neighbours which boasts of extremely low density, Sastra U-Thant has a comparatively high number of units.
Its density does not however make it any less of a premium development with launch prices that started from RM2,000,000 onwards. One of its unique selling points is that each unit comes with its own private yard.
