students are able to walk to both of the university, the SUNWAY PYRAMID shopping mall, the SUNWAY medical centre down the road, and the two new BRT Rapid Transit Stations. All the units are facing towards the SUNWAY Lagoon water themepark. Occasionally SUNWAY Lagoon host some of the most hype music concerts which may be con to some people. Nearby there are food courts, cafes and bistros which is a convenience to all. The major con of this area is the traffic. For most people its a temperory hassle.
