Setia Sky Vista is a luxurious high-rise located in the Relau township on the island of Penang, targeted for completion in the first half of 2019. According to a report by the developer, the apartment made sales of RM55 million in the fiscal year of 2015. It’s not difficult to see why, as it offers residents well-designed units and upscale facilities at an affordable price.
The 426 units of Setia Sky Vista are spread over two blocks (34 storeys and 30 storeys respectively), connected by a sky bridge on level 18. When it was first launched, the selling price for its units started at a modest RM550 psf, with units ranging from 910 sf to 1,479 sf.
With two- and three-bedroom configurations, Setia Sky Vista’s units are suited for single working professionals, young families and empty nesters alike. Living up to its name, each unit offers a grand view either of the island’s cityscape or green hills.
Much attention was given to anticipate the needs of prospective residents. The fittings and finishes in the Setia Sky Vista units are practical and of superior quality, such as solid core timber doors for the main entrance doors, air-conditioning systems in each unit and porcelain tiles in the foyer, living, dining, kitchen, family room and bedrooms.
Facilities within the condominium are plentiful, befitting its high-end concept. They are divided into three zones – the relax zone, fitness zone, and social and play zone. The relax zone consists of facilities like a jacuzzi, swimming pool and sauna, while the fitness zone encompasses the yoga deck and gymnasium. The social and play zone is the largest of the three, with facilities like the water volcano, stream, nanny hub, playground, picnic area and multifunction hall.
Traffic can be rather heavy in the area nearby Setia Sky Vista during rush hours. Nevertheless, the congestion is an indication of the number of major roads and highways running nearby or through the area, such as the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Highway (Jelutong Expressway) and Jalan Paya Terubong.
Setia Sky Vista is also set within easy reach of the SJK (C) Min Sin, a Chinese primary school, and on the brink of Taman Awam Metropolitan Relau, Penang’s second largest recreational park – great for lovers of outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking and jogging. Less than 15 minutes away are the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang International Airport and the Second Penang Bridge.
