Setia Sky 88 is a luxury high-rise condominium set to be an iconic building within Johor's economic corridor, Iskandar Malaysia. The development's tallest tower is a staggering 70 stories and features decadent facilities, located at levels 9, 9M, 53 and 53M, providing extravagance along with breathtaking views of Johor's and Singapore's city skylines.

This development also boasts a strategic location offering, being only minutes away from shopping malls, banks, schools, hospitals, even the Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex and the Johor-Singapore Causeway.

It was reported that the project received overwhelming positive response, selling out all 353 of it’s international units for two towers within a five day period, around 40% of the buyers being expats. At the time, the development also had the highest selling prices for a condominium in Johor, at a launch price of RM750 - RM1,000 psf (min.) and now looks to beat it with its final tower launching at RM1,500 psf (min.)
