Amerin Mall & Residence is an exciting new mixed development located in Balakong, to be the first of its kind in the town. Incorporating both shopping mall and serviced apartment, the shopping mall is expected to be completed in the year 2016 while the serviced apartments are expected to be completed in either 2017 or 2018.

Amerin Mall & Residence is well connected from all directions. It sits beside the Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK) which provides a convenient route to Kajang, while to its north is Kuala Lumpur and Cheras with Kajang and Seremban to the south. By utilising the available highways around the vicinity, residents of Amerin Mall & Residence can also get to Puchong and Subang at its west conveniently and Sungai Long to the east.
Strategically located close to public transportation in the high traffic neighbourhood of Balakong, Amerin Mall & Residence is within a short drive of the Serdang KTM Station and a slightly further drive to the Sungai Besi LRT Station. Amerin Mall & Residence will also be within proximity of two new MRT lines.
Being located on the outskirts, the prices of homes at Amerin Residence are fairly affordable. The developer’s reputation also precedes them with reliable building quality and excellent capital gains on their past project D’Impian Tropika.
There is however some apprehension from some quarters who have done their research on the area. An interested purchaser who heard rumours of flood in the area, went to speak to a worker of the area, and confirmed that the site is located on a hill slope which leads to Sungai Balak. Nevertheless another long time resident of the area says that the area is never flooded.
