Anyaman Residence is a beautifully thought of development which is designed to offer the best in environment and space to a growing family. It is a home that is nestled in the city and is yet secluded in its private enclave of peace and quiet. It is a development that aims to provide luxurious space to every family.

Each home is designed to be a “semi-detached” in the sky as a corner unit, ensuring maximum natural lighting and ventilation with clear and panoramic views of the residents’ surroundings. Anyaman Residence is a low density development that comes with a total of only 372 units that are spread out over 3 blocks of 17 storeys. This translates to approximately only 8 units to a floor which is a rather moderate proportion for city living.

As centrally located as it is, the prices of homes in Anyaman Residence are reasonable and affordable. Anyaman Residence will be directly connected to the Salak South Bus Station, which provides direct access to bus and taxis that go interstate, as well as various train stations such as the KTM, LRT and Express Rail Transit (ERL) that goes straight to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). The highways close to Anyaman Residence are the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and the Besraya Expressway.

While there are many speculations online about the developer’s more disreputable history of residential developments which have exposed pipings, the sales response to Anyaman Residence was fairly receptive with many people being excited about its accessibility to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS) bus station.
