Sierra Pinang is a series of 3-storey terrace houses located in Balik Pulau, on the island of Penang. The freehold gated and guarded development consists of 80 homes, each of them inspired by the style of Spanish homes, complete with earth-toned tiled pitch roofs and expansive terraces.

The development can be connected to other parts of Penang via the trunk road, or Federal Route 6. There is also a bus stop directly outside SJK (C) Sin Min, frequented by bus 501, which travels from Balik Pulau to Teluk Bahang.

Currently, the prices of properties in the Balik Pulau area are still reasonably affordable compared to similar-sized properties elsewhere on the Penang Island. However, these prices are potentially going to rise as developers expand westward from the congested east part of the island, making Sierra Pinang’s landed homes a good option for property seekers.
