Taman Pauh Jaya in Seberang Jaya, on the Penang mainland, is a neighbourhood consisting of several housing estates and a newly-established commercial hub. Residences range from landed properties and an apartment, where there are terraces and semi-detached homes which come in a range of single-storey, double-storey, 2.5-storey and triple-storey types.
Units at Pesona Apartment in Taman Pauh Jaya come at a size of about 750 sf while built-up sizes of the landed homes are much larger. As seen in the terrace and semi-detached homes of Casa Perdana, which range between 2,000 sf up to 3,100 sf. Homes at Taman Pauh Jaya for sale on the market begin at a price of at least RM130,000. The first Penang bridge is also just minutes away, making Taman Pauh Jaya an ideal location for individuals and families to settle down.
