Taman Cemerlang is a low-rise apartment complex in Jelutong, Penang. The walk-up residence was completed in the year 1997.

The residential complex consists of eight blocks of 5-storey buildings. In total, there are 160 units at Taman Cemerlang. Intermediate units are 655 sf in built-upsize while corner units are 700 sf. All units share a standard layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Facilities that are offered to residents are limited. There is only a communal parking lot. However, due to Taman Cemerlang's low-density, parking will not be much of an issue. Besides that, there is also 24-hour security available, as well as general maintenance.

The location of the apartment is very ideal, with amenities like eateries, convenience stores and banks located close by. There are also several schools nearby such as the Penang Japanese School, Sekolah Rendah Islam Hajjah Salmah, Sekolah Menengah Tarbiyah Islamiyah, SMJK Convent Datuk Keramat and SJK(C) Beng Teik Cawangan.

In addition to that, there is the Perak Road Market and also a number of shopping malls just minutes away, such as Penang Times Square and 1st Avenue.

When it comes to accessibility, Taman Cemerlang is well-connected to Jalan Jelutong. The route will take motorists to the city centre, as well as other amenities in the area. Not only that, residents may also use the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway and Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah to reach other parts of Georgetown and the island.
