Bukit Dumbar is a residential neighbourhood of terraces and semi-detached homes in Gelugor, Penang. The freehold double-storey properties appear to be several decades old and are mostly occupied. Apart from Georgetown, the two also connect Bukit Dumbar to other towns such as Batu Uban, Bayan Baru, and Bayan Lepas down south of the island.
