Accessibility-wise, Mount Pleasure is just off Jalan Batu Ferringhi, which is the only main road residents can use to travel to the town of Batu Ferringhi, Georgetown and other parts of the island. Travelling to the city centre can take up to 30 minutes, that is, given that traffic is smooth. However, traffic along Jalan Batu Ferringhi has been notorious for being heavy and even coming to a complete stand still during times such as public holidays and weekends.
Hence, Mount Pleasure homes are more suitable for home owners or investors looking to own a holiday home or retirees and expatriates who just want a more laid-back lifestyle away from the city.
