Kuchai Avenue is a mixed development of high-density condominium located atop a row of shops which occupy the ground floor of the development. Units at Kuchai Avenue are extremely small which many claim are overpriced, while most of the shops occupying the ground floor consists of car wash shops and a handful of overpriced restaurants.

While the shops are highly unappealing, tenants will however find that they are a less than 5-minute walk away from NSK, which will serve their every shopping need.
