Pusat Perdagangan Tasek Indra is an integrated commercial development located near the Bercham interchange of the North-South Expressway (NSE) and in the vicinity of Ipoh Garden, Simee and Bercham, which collectively are known as one of Ipoh’s most bustling business hubs. The development is also reachable via Jalan Bercham.
The development’s 34 units of 2-storey shop lots and 33 units of 3-storey shop lots in phase 1 were launched in 2010, while the 33 units of 2-storey shop lots in phase 2 were launched in 2012, with all units selling out.
The success of phase 1 and 2 spurred phase 3 of the Pusat Perdagangan Tasek Indra, which has 66 units of 3-storey shop offices measuring 22’ by 70’, with double-volume ceilings and mezzanine floors. Currently, businesses within Pusat Perdagangan Tasek Indra include telecommunications and electronic goods, convenience stores, veterinary products, eateries, beauty centres, furniture outlets, automotive service centres, the Angeline Eye Specialist and Laser Centre, and Maybank Jalan Tasek Timur.
Most of these businesses enjoy good visibility from the road, as the development faces Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, which happens to be the trunk road running through the area. Just behind the development is SMK Jalan Tasek, which boosts the foot traffic in the area, especially for eateries and sundry shops.
Future additions to the integrated development are a condominium project and another commercial complex. Adjacent to the development, one can find Tesco Extra Bercham, yet another facility that attracts visitors to the area. Potential investors might also like the accessibility of the development, as well as the fast Broadband and WiFi in the area that eases internet-dependant business transactions and operations.
