Sunway Serene is a serviced residence nestled in the middle of Kelana Jaya. The leasehold development will be launching its first phase later in year 2017. Future tenants will also be able to enjoy a lake view, from a lake located right next to the serviced residence.

Sunway Serene is also rather close to Kota Damansara and Mutiara Damansara, where big shopping malls and social hotspots such as The Curve, IKEA Damansara, 1 Utama, Sunway Giza, The Strand and Sunway Nexis are located. There are also parks that residents will be able to enjoy, such as the Subang Ria Recreational Park. The Subang National Golf Club is also nearby, within view of the serviced residence.
Thanks to easy access to Damansara, Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya, tenants are nearby to many academic institutions. Sri Emas International School is one of the nearest institutions to the serviced residence, while most private tertiary institutions such as INTI International College, Taylors University Lakeside campus reside in the Subang Jaya area. The nearest university to the serviced residence is UNITAR, which can be reached within walking distance.
There are two highways that bypass Sunway Serene, which means easy access to the both of them. The serviced residence has a direct exit to the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), and is also close to the Federal Highway. Other highways that can be easily reached are the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and the KESAS Highway. For those who prefer public transportation, there are buses that travel the area, and also a few Light Rail Transit (LRT) stations nearby, such as the Kelana Jaya and Glenmarie stations.
