Clique is a commercial development located in Cyberjaya, developed by Emkay Group. There are 402 SoHo units spread across a 24-storey tower, with 6 layouts to choose from. The built-up ranges from 455 sf to 646 sf, and the SoHo units are designed for owners and tenants to fully utilize the space provided.

Whilst many SoHos around incorporate work and home together, some have the extra “play” element, with Clique being one of them. Included in the development is a tennis court and a basketball court. Also included is a swimming pool, wading pool and a children’s playground. For the ones who need to focus on work, there are dedicated wifi zones for them to do their work, and a laundrette for their convenience.

Cyberjaya is slowly developing into a lively town, with the amount of developments going on within the area. An area well-known for targeting students and the working class, it’s no surprise that there is a rise in the need for amenities. Clique has made itself self-sufficient, thanks to the retail units it provides, which means there will be amenities that are easily accessible without having to go far. This would translate to investment opportunities, as there will be higher demand for accommodation, and space for freelancers to provide services for the conglomerates. Academic institutions such as Multimedia University (MMU) and Limkokwing University are also nearby.

Clique also has easy access to the Putrajaya Link, which connects to Putrajaya and Sepang - where the Kuala Lumpur International Airport is located. The Putrajaya Link also ensures easy travel within areas of Cyberjaya and Putrajaya
