Flora Rosa is a condominium located in Putrajaya, an ever-developing area. The condominium consists of 8 towers in total to be completed within 2 phases, the highest being 17 storeys. Spanning 11.29 acres, the development will house 676 units, and is slated to be completed by August 2020.

The first phase has 5 layouts, Type A,B,C,D and E. The units have built-ups ranging from 829 sf to 2,250 sf. Type A, at 1,339 sf houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Type B has a built-up of 1,184 sf, and has a standard layout of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Type C is the smallest unit, at 829 sf with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Type D has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and is sized at 1,227 sf. While Type E is the largest unit, at 2,250 sf, with 5 bedrooms, which includes a maid’s room, and 4 bathrooms. The luxury condominium will be able to fit all groups, which includes working adults and large families within its units.

Flora Rosa also comes with a set of facilities that focuses on bringing nature to an urban area. Tenants will be faced with the Putrajaya city view, along with the scenic lake. Within its premises, a landscaped garden stretches within the vicinity of its facilities floor, made to look like a small forest. Residents will be able to take in all these said views thanks to the jogging and cycling tracks that are part of the facilities. There will also be a swimming pool and a “learner” pool to cool off and have fun in. A function room is also included for social gatherings and events.

Flora Rosa is located within the densely-populated part of Putrajaya, which means that there will not be a problem when it comes to amenities. It is next to Taman Saujana Hijau, which means that there will be an extra source of recreation and nature retreat just a stone’s throw away. A short drive from the condominium will take tenants to Precinct 8, where Ayer@8, a commercial hub with banks, restaurants and shops is located. It is also close to Precinct 1, where a wide range of amenities, such as government offices and service centres are located. Schools that are nearby include Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Presint 11(1), and Limkokwing University.

Flora Rosa is easiest to reach via the Persiaran Utara route, which connects to the Maju Expressway (MEX). Via the federal route, tenants are connected to Cyberjaya, and through the Maju Expressway, Kuala Lumpur, KLIA, and other townships such as Seri Kembangan can be reached within a short amount of time. To make things smoother, there are public transport options such as the Express Rail Link (ERL), the Light Rail Transit (LRT) and Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations that are under construction will be available.
